Refund Policy

We only accept returns for incorrect or defective items purchased from us.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, please drop us an email at info@picturenco.com with the following details:

1. Order Number and name of the incorrect or defective item(s) purchased

2. Picture of the incorrect or defective items

3. Reason for returning the items

Returns are only accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

We will contact you within 1 - 3 working days with further information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Strictly exchanges only, no refunds at this time. We reserve the right to deny returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
